How we check contact information
Last updated September 12, 2026
Useful contact information needs a clear source and a clear purpose. These standards describe how this directory is assembled and maintained.
Sources and checks
We use company-owned websites and help centers as primary sources. A contact marked with a check date reflects a review of the available source on that date. It does not mean we called the number, tested an automated menu or confirmed that an agent was available.
A website blocked to automated access is not automatically a broken website. We seek another official source; we do not invent telephone numbers to fill gaps.
The right contact for the question
We distinguish customer support, sales, reservations, baggage and other departments when an official source provides that distinction. A company headquarters number is not automatically a customer support line. Country-specific contacts are labelled separately.
Hours and costs are only shown when supported by the source. Toll-free availability depends on the caller’s country, network and service provider. No contact guarantees a resolution or a particular waiting time.
Social profiles
Social links are taken from the company’s own published pages. They identify a profile and do not promise support through direct messages. Always check the account identity before sharing information.
Corrections and missing information
Use Suggest a contact correction on a company page to flag a problem. Include the affected contact and an official source if you can. Submissions enter our review queue; changes are made after checking the evidence.
Contact details can change between checks. For sensitive or urgent matters, confirm the channel directly with the company.
