Share your own experience with a listed company. Be specific, fair and respectful. A review is a public opinion, not a support ticket.
What belongs in a review
Describe an experience you personally had. Include useful details about the service or support without publishing booking references, financial information, addresses, passwords, account numbers or another person’s private details.
Choose a rating that reflects your experience. Disclose any employment, ownership or other material connection to the business. Do not submit paid, incentivized, copied or fabricated reviews.
Moderation
Reviews are held for moderation before they become public. We may decline or remove spam, duplicates, advertising, unlawful material, threats, personal information, impersonation or submissions that do not describe a relevant experience.
We do not remove an otherwise compliant review merely because it is negative. Moderation is not purchase verification and does not establish that every factual statement is accurate.
Ratings and dates
The community rating is the arithmetic mean of published community ratings for that company. Pending or rejected submissions do not contribute. Reviews are shown newest first, with submission and experience dates labelled separately. No score is displayed when there are no published reviews.
External provider ratings are never blended into the community score. Their provider, location or product scope and ordering are disclosed separately.
Corrections, reports and removal
Use Report a review to identify a specific issue. To update or request removal of your own review, contact the directory with your submission details using the email you submitted. We may request proportionate evidence to avoid unauthorized changes.
Submitting a review gives the directory a non-exclusive permission to store, display and moderate that review for this service. You retain your rights in your original text.
