Information you submit

A review includes your display name, email, rating, title, experience date and text. Your display name, rating, title, dates and text may become public after moderation. Your email remains private and is used for moderation, abuse prevention and requests about your submission.

Directory messages include your name, email, message and any company or review reference. They are stored privately in the moderation queue and are not forwarded to listed companies automatically.

Technical information and storage

The hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, which may include IP addresses, request metadata and security logs. The application uses a salted hash derived from network information for short-lived submission rate limits; it does not store raw IP addresses in its review records.

This site uses Cloudflare for hosting, security and database storage. Public directory browsing does not require an account. Administrator sign-in is restricted to the directory operator.

Cookies and advertising

We do not include advertising networks or marketing analytics on this website. Essential security cookies may be used by the hosting provider. A secure session cookie is used for administrator sign-in and expires after eight hours. We do not sell submitted personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

External websites and review providers

Following a company or social link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. Google Maps links open Google’s services.

Use of Google Maps features is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy External reviews are not copied into our permanent community-review database.

Retention and your choices

Published reviews remain available until removed under our policies or a valid request. Contact messages and moderation records are retained as needed to handle the request, protect the service and comply with applicable obligations. Short-lived application rate-limit records expire automatically.

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information you submitted by contacting the directory and choosing Privacy request. Applicable rights depend on your location. We may verify your authority before changing or releasing information; legal requirements may limit deletion.

Children and policy updates

The service is intended for adults. Do not submit personal information about children. If you believe such information has been submitted, contact us for review.

We update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
